Please read the information on this page before you book your lesson.
If there isn’t a time available that fits with your diary, do drop me an email, my Guildford and online sessions are flexible.
Guildford
If you are coming to my Guildford studio, please read the directions that will come with your booking confirmation. If you follow satnav and then expect to find the house easily, you may struggle with finding the house and somewhere to park. The directions on the booking confirmation are very clear.
Online
If you are booking an online lesson, these are over zoom and can work surprisingly well. Please make sure in advance that you have your sound settings to enable Original Sound for Musicians to be switched on. This can be easier if you are on a laptop rather than a phone or an iPad.
Time Zones
The time of your session will already be adjusted to the time zone of your booking location. You only need to adjust for time zone changes if you are changing your location between booking and having the session. If you're confused - please drop me an email to confirm. jw@jenevorawilliams.com
You will be sent a confirmation email with booking details and directions. If you don't receive this, please check your junk folder.
You are eligible for a 90% refund if you cancel or reschedule up to fourteen days before your appointment.
You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel or reschedule up to a week before your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within a week of your appointment you will pay the full fee for the booking.
